Ronnie and Kim Simunek of Hennessey and Richard and Micki Metcalf of Lamont announce the engagement and impending marriage of their children, Matthew Simunek and Carly Metcalf.

The bride-elect, of Lamont, is a 2011 graduate of Deer Creek-Lamont High School.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from Wichita State University in 2018 and currently is a registered dental hygienist at Healthy Smiles in Enid.

The prospective groom, of Hennessey, is a 2008 graduate of Hennessey High School.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business with a minor in fi nance from Oklahoma State University in 2011.

He currently is an agriculture/commercial loan officer at Stride Bank in Enid.

The couple plan a Nov. 9, 2019, wedding at Cedar Deer Lodge in Glencoe.
