Simunek, Wilczek share nuptials at September ceremony held in Guthrie
Haylie Simunek of Waukomis and Troy Wilczek of Kingfisher exchanged vows Sept. 20, 2019, at Rustic Rose Barn in Guthrie. Pastor Alan Seibel officiated the 6:30 p.m. ceremony.
Parents of the couple are James and Carri Simunek of Bison and Stanley and Cindy Wilczek of Kingfisher.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Brandee Easley of Waukomis served as the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids included Rylee Schnaithman of Garber, Taylor Lauderdal and Kacie Mack of Enid, Kayla Lovell and Erin Lamunyon of Waukomis and Rachel Krittenbrink of Piedmont.
Flower girls were Emma Ledford, daughter of Rusty and Patricia Ledford of Enid; Maddison Gragg, daughter of Jason and Dusti Gragg of Enid; and Preslee Easley, daughter of Doug and Brandee Easley of Waukomis.
Austin Mendell of Omega served as the best man.
Groomsmen were Trevor Wilczek and Seth Ulsaker of Kingfisher, Josh Wilczek of Huntsville, Ala, Miles McKinley of Thomas, Andrew Mack of Waukomis and Colt Simunek of Bison.
Ring bearers were Cooper and Kinsler Wilczek, sons of Trevor and Vanessa Wilczek of Kingfisher; Kash and Karter Krittenbrink, sons of Jared and Rachel Krittenbrink of Piedmont; and Nolan Wilczek, son of Josh and Becca Wilczek of Huntsville, Ala.
Ushers were Dakota Martin and Doug Easley.
Special guests included John and Arlene Simunek of Bison and Ronnie and Euvonda Ledford of Shawnee, grandparents of the bride, and Theresa Wilczek of Loyal, grandmother of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance were held at the Rustic Rose Barn.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Sept. 19 at Eischen’s in Okarche.
Following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple established a home in Waukomis.
