Pre-kindergarten through fifth grade teachers and staff will be in front of the Hennessey Early Childhood Center from 5-7 p.m. Friday,May 8, to welcome all elementary school students and honor pre-K and fifth grade graduates.

Parents and students may give “teachers a shout out, and pick up a treat for students while staying in your car,” wrote Tiffany Tillman, elementary school counselor.

She suggested that cars be decorated and that students be “decked out in Hennessey gear.”

“These past few months have been difficult and we want you all to know we are in this together. We are ‘Eagle Strong,’” she said.
