Okarche local Dr. Jonathan Suttle returns to his hometown as a dentist to join his father, Dr. Gary Suttle, in practice at Suttle Dentistry.

The addition comes as the clinic continues to grow and expand to serve Okarche, Kingfisher and surrounding communities.

After graduation from the OU College of Dentistry in May 2019, the younger Suttle said he is excited to finally team up with his father, who has been practicing in Okarche for the last 37 years.

“After having life-changing jaw surgery seven years ago, I was inspired to help others look and feel their best by improving their oral health,” Suttle said. “What better place to do that than the place it all started for me.

“Okarche will always be home. I’m blessed to return to Okarche and serve the community both my father and I love so much.”

Suttle added: “Treating children and teaching them how to take care of their teeth brings me a lot of joy. Once we can get kids into a routine of learning how to take care of their teeth, they begin to create great lifelong oral health care habits, which will naturally transfer into other areas of their health.”

After experiencing severe flooding throughout the practice in April 2017, Suttle Dentistry has since undergone a complete renovation. The practice is now fitted with the most current, state-of-the-art technology and equipment in all of its operatories.
