The swamp is exploding in indignation (again) after President Trump criticized prosecutors’ call for a lengthy jail term for Roger Stone.

Stone was one of the designated fall guys after FBI special counsel Mueller and his team of 40 investigators couldn’t find anything wrong that President Trump has done – even though leftist elitists claimed repeatedly that he did.

Because of the Mueller failure to find an impeachable offense by the president, several Trump associates were hit with various process crimes – probably talking when they should have been listening.

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh explained it this way:

Everything they did is blowing up the Democrats’ agenda.

“I’ll tell you what Stone did … Roger Stone’s crime boils down to him having tweeted, ‘Congratulations to WikiLeaks’ when they published the DNC emails.”

We recall reading about government SWAT teams arresting Stone at his residence at 6 a.m. one morning, accompanied by television crews (talk about staged).

Columnist Kurt Schlichter refers to the president’s reaction on the excessive Stone penalty as “charging the ambush,” just as he (Schlichter) was taught by the military in basic training.

Once again, the president is fighting back against the leftist cabal that remains determined to overthrow a legally-elected president who obstructed its plans for a total “transformation” (Obama’s word) of the United States.
