Theta Tau discusses annual Christmas home tour
The Theta Tau chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha met Oct. 21 in the community room at BancFirst.
President Dana Terrell conducted the meeting.
Yearbooks were passed out.
The “Christmas Tour of Homes” was discussed and members considered several options to replace the tour for this year.
Theta Tau members will be taking orders until Nov. 22 for Aunt Bill’s candy and a variety of fl avors of Amish bread.
Theta Tau members will also have a booth at Winterfest where they will be selling cinnamon rolls. Also for sale will be a limited supply of Aunt Bill’s candy and Amish bread.
The program was given by Jessica Brewer, who is a trainer and teaches classes at the Athletic Loft.
She told members about her journey to healthy eating.
She encouraged members to drink plenty of water, and not to put off eating healthy.
She considers a healthy diet to be 80 percent what you eat and 20 percent exercise and the need to make a conscious decision every day to be healthy.
The next meeting will be 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, in the Kingfi sher Christian Church fellowship hall.
