The following traffic accident is being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

October 15, 5:45 p.m. - At U.S. 81 and Robberts Avenue. Cindy Valles, 26, Dover, driving a 2017 Jeep Cherokee, was northbound on U.S. 81 and stopped at the stoplight of U.S. 81 and Robberts intersection. Nancy Denson, 58, Loyal, driving a 2012 Mini Cooper, was northbound on U.S. 81 directly behind the Valles vehicle. The Denson vehicle failed to stop at the stoplight and struck the rear of the Valles vehicle. Minor damage was reported to the Valles vehicle and disabling damage to the Denson vehicle. No injuries were reported. Office Aaron Schlegel investigated the accident.
