The following traffic accident is being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

April 2, 12:30 p.m. - At U.S. 81 and S.H. 33. Edward Evey, 63, Kingfisher, driving a 2009 school bus, was eastbound in the inside lane of S.H. 33 and stopped at the traffic light of U.S. 81 intersection.

Nick Bourlon, 33, Carmen, driving a 2013 Kenworth, was eastbound in the left turn lane of S.H. 33 at the U.S. 81 intersection.

According to the report, the Bourlon vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto northbound U.S. 81 and a forklift on the trailer struck the mirror on the Evey vehicle.

Minor damage was reported to the Evey vehicle and no damage to the Bourlon vehicle. No injuries were reported.
