The following traffic accident is being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

August 18, 3:57 p.m. - At Miles Avenue and Main Street. Christina Brodrick, 57, Kingfisher, driving a 2015 Ford Escape, was backing from a parking space on the south side of East Miles Avenue. Rikki Compton, 30, Cashion, driving a 2015 Kia, was backing from a parking space on the north side of East Miles Avenue. The vehicles collided and both sustained minor damage to the rear driver’s side. No injuries were reported. Officer Aaron Schlegel investigated the accident.
