The following traffic accident is being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

September 24, 8:05 p.m. - At 1303 S. Main St. Anthony Cerny, 36, Kingfisher, driving a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu, was backing out of a parking space at Jacket Laundry.

James Bryan, 57, Ward Lonoke, Ark., driving a 2001 Dodge, was parked in a parking space at Jacket Laundry.

The Cerny vehicle attempted to back out of the parking space and struck the Bryan vehicle which was unoccupied, according to the report.

A witness reportedly stated the Cerny vehicle left the scene of the accident.

Officer Dillon Chaloupek investigated the accident and located Cerny inspecting his vehicle in the United parking lot, according to the report.

Minor damage was reported to both vehicles. No injuries were reported.
