The following traffic accident is being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

July 27, 5:45 p.m. - At 200 W. Starlite Drive. Terry Nugent, 64, Cashion, driving a 2007 Chevrolet, was entering Walmart parking lot and struck the concrete base of a parking lot pole.

Disabling damage was reported to the Nugent vehicle. Nugent sustained possible arm injuries.

Officer Matthew Hollon investigated the accident.
