The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

April 26, 3:30 p.m. - At 401 W. Hill St. Jeremiah Baartman, 42, Kingfisher, driving a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, was backing out of his driveway and struck the rear passenger side of a parked 2013 Ram owned by CNB Properties.

No damage was reported to the Baartman vehicle and minor damage to the CNB Properties vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

Officer Justin Trumbley investigated the accident.

May 3, 4 p.m. - At South Seventh Street and West Oklahoma Avenue.

Teressa Weaver, 66, Kingfisher, driving a 2013 Chevrolet, was eastbound on Oklahoma Avenue near the intersection of South Seventh Street.

Brittany Parmenter, 29, Kingfisher, driving a 2020 Ford Explorer, was northbound on South Seventh Street.

According to the report, the Weaver vehicle failed to yield at the intersection and struck the Parmenter vehicle in the front driver’s side.

Disabling damage was reported to both vehicles. No injuries were reported.
