Kingfisher County Extension will host a “Leader Lesson” next week on textiles.

The lesson, free and open to the public, is entitled “This Into That! Turning Old Textiles into Something New.”

It will be held from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Kingfisher County Extension Office.

Lindy Hoel, Kingfisher County FCS Extension educator, will teach participants:

• Uses for your bedsheets and towels;

• Uses for worn-out clothes;

• How to re-fashion “ugly” clothes to trendy clothes.
