UCO professor speaks at Chisholm Trail Museum’s Victorian Tea event
Nearly two dozen guests gathered Aug. 10 for the Chisholm Trail Museum’s Victorian Tea Party. Guests dined on tea, sandwiches and desserts before an active discussion on the history of women’s movements.
Pictured speaking to the group is Dr. Lindsey Churchill, an associate professor of history in the Department of History and Geography at the University of Central Oklahoma. The date for the 2020 Tea has not been set, but the speaker will be Dr. Alyce Webb from Northern Oklahoma College, who previously worked at the Pawnee Bill Ranch before moving to teaching.
