The 2021 Kingfisher County Wheat Tour will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, at the wheat trial plot located northwest of the county fairgrounds in Kingfisher.

Bryan Kennedy, Kingfisher County OSU Extension Ag specialist, said that Josh Bushong, area OSU Extension agronomy specialist, will be present as will Dr. Amanda De Oliveira Silva, OSU Extension wheat specialist.

The wheat tour will continue at 9 a.m. Friday, May 14, at the Lahoma research center, west of Enid.

Producers planning to attend the Lahoma event are required to register online atokstatecasnr.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/formSV_6szzzrpzQM351ae.

Kennedy said anyone needing assistance to register may contact him at the extension center in the courthouse annex in Kingfisher.
