Kingfisher High School seniors Olivia Wilcox and Jarret Birdwell have been announced as the Junior Lions for November 2020.

The two were guests at a recent Lions Club meeting.

Wilcox is the daughter of Jeff and Shanna

She’s active in Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Honor Society, Oklahoma Honor Society, softball and golf.

Wilcox has earned the 4.0 Award, several honors for softball and recently signed a scholarship to play at Mid-America Christian University.

She said she plans to pursue a career in the medical field.

Birdwell is the son of Joel and Bridget Birdwell.

He’s active in football, basketball, FCA, FFA, National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society.

Birdwell has been listed on the superintendent’s honor roll, earned the 4.0 Award, was a member of the 2019 Class 4A state championship basketball team and the 2018 runner-up team.

He was named all-conference in the Western Athletic Conference for basketball last season.

Birdwell plans to attend Oklahoma State University and major in ag business.
