The Kingfisher Lions Club has announced its Junior Lions for December 2019.

Earning the honor were Kingfisher High School seniors Ashtin Witt and Omar Casillas.

Witt is the daughter of Wade and Kellee Witt.

She’s a member of the National Honor Society and Oklahoma Honor Society and is also active in FCA, cross country, cheer and track.

Witt was a member of the 2018 Class 4A girls cross country state championship team and was also named an All-American cheerleader in 2019.

She has twice been named the KHS Student of the month and has earned the 4.0 Award.

Casillas is the son of Alfonso and Maria Casillas. He is also a member of the National Honor Society. He’s been active in cross country, soccer and the Spanish Club.

Casillas was twice named all-district in soccer.

He’s also earned a Certificate of Excellence and the 4.0 Award.
