YOUTH IN ACTION
Nicole Stephens, center, was the guest speaker of the Kingfisher Rotary club recently. Pictured here with Rotary President Neal Brown, right, and program chairman Greg Garrett, left, Stephens told of opportunities for junior high and high school students across the state to become involved in Rotary through the Rotary Youth Leadership program, (RYLA) and Interact and Rotaract clubs. Stephens is a high school teacher and involved in Rotary youth activities at the district level. She is a Rotarian in the East Oklahoma City club. Kingfisher’s club is an active participant in the RYLA program, historically sending at least two Kingfisher High School students to the week-long event centered on leadership development.
