She is survived by one sister, Louise Lewis of Arkansas; two sisters-in-law, Melinda West of Guthrie and Sandra (West) Maddux and husband Don of Watonga; four nephews, Ed West and wife Kasey of Texarkana, Roger West and wife Darla of Andrews, Texas, Harold West Sr. and wife Ruth of Bowie, Texas and Stewart West of Guthrie; one niece, Rebecca West of Guthrie; as well as several other nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A private family service for Bettie will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Watonga Senior Citizens Center.
