Charles Joseph Liebl, 77, of Kingfisher, was called home by his Heavenly Father on Jan. 10, 2020.

He was born Feb. 4, 1942, in Kingfisher to Elmer and Marie (Hoener) Liebl.

On July 14, 1962, he married Joyce Kay McAllister.

Charlie started working for Pioneer Telephone Cooperative in 1970. He was promoted to local manager in Wakita where he worked for 13 years.

In 1983, Charlie was promoted and returned home to Kingfisher where he worked until his retirement in 2008.

Charlie’s legacy will be his unwavering Christian faith, his devotion to his family, and his generous spirit. He was known for his work ethic and was given the nickname “Hustle” because he was always moving.
