    Greg Griffith

Greg Griffith passed away peacefully in his sleep on Nov. 26, 2020. It was with great grace and comfort to those that loved him that he left to be with Jesus just one day after being baptized at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Family and friends celebrated his life Friday, Dec. 4, at Sanders Funeral Chapel in Kingfisher.

Howard and Lois Griffith, both deceased, introduced their son Gregory Allen Griffith to the world on Jan. 14, 1951.

Greg was born in Ogden, Utah.

He graduated from Bountiful High School in 1969.

Greg worked as a diesel mechanic and called the Kingfisher area home for over 40 years.

Greg is survived by his wife Debbie, of Kingfisher; his three children, son Greg Jr. and wife Melissa Griffith and their six children Chandler, Kimberly, Calob, Rylee, C.J. and Carson of Utah, daughter Susannah and husband Jeff Copeland and their three children Mary, Gracie and Jackson of Kingfisher, and daughter Lisa and husband Russ Sutton and their four children Seth, Xachary, Emma and Gage of Piedmont. His grandson Chandler also brought Greg the blessing of a great-granddaughter, Adleigh.

He is also survived by three brothers and their wives, Doug and Deb of Utah, Gary and Debra of Arizona, and Mark and wife Annette of Utah.

Greg enjoyed traveling, camping and fishing, but more than that he enjoyed his family and friends. Please join us in sharing with one another the good times, the “Greg Times.”
