Helen “Suzanne” Fadely Means Blake was born June 27, 1935, and passed away May 19, 2021, in Kingfisher.

She was 85.

Survivors include three children, Cindy Kerby and husband Ron, Brant Means and wife Deedra and Bruce Means, grandchildren Matthew Means, Toby and Teri Kerby, Jessica and Landon Wilson and Hannah and Austin Whittenburg; brother Don Fadely and wife Fredia; sister Norine Holtsclaw and husband Keith; sister-in-law Loydeen Fadely; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Kenneth; one grandson, Joshua; and one great-grandson, Logan.
