Jackie Lee Dage, 85, of Las Cruces, N.M., died Jan. 31, 2021.

Jackie was born May 21, 1935, in Kingfisher to Dale and Hazel Francis Dage.

He graduated from Enid High School in 1953. He studied mathematics at the University of Oklahoma and also attended New Mexico A&M in a co-op at White Sands Proving Grounds.

Jackie earned his master’s degree from the University of New Mexico.

He married Beth Weaver in Las Cruces in 1975.

He worked at the Department of the Army White Sands Proving Grounds for 40 years and was a lifelong member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon.

Jackie was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

He is survived by his sons Erik Dage and wife Lisa of Riverside, Calif., and Jeff Dage and wife Demra of Vancouver, Wash.; daughters Erin Conaway and husband Vernon of Van Buren, Ark., and Mize Knight of Van Buren, Ark.; sister Janet Dage Utzman and husband Chuck of Argyle, Texas; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
