Lonny James Patton, Sr., 61, Kingfisher, passed away at home Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday, July 8, at Dover Cemetery, officiated by Gary Jones, Jr.

Lonny was born Feb. 18, 1958, in Seagraves, Texas, to Emmett and Morene (Shirley) Patton.

He was a 1976 graduate of Kingfisher High School.

He worked many jobs such as owner of a salvage yard in Kingfisher, truck driver, auto mechanic and in the oilfield.

He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, grandpa and PaPa by so many.

Lonny is survived by his parents, Emmett and Morene Patton of Kingfisher; two sisters, Elaine Wilczek and husband Mark and Rebecca Stitt and husband Russell, all of Kingfisher; four children, son Chris Patton and wife Carrie and daughter Lonnita Campbell and husband Matthew, all of El Reno, and son Lonny “Jamie” Patton, Jr., and wife Kelli and daughter Jaclyn Patton, all of Clinton; one nephew, Patrick, and three nieces, Lacey, Alexis and Siera; and 11 grandchildren, Julie, Cody, Seth, Jaden, Cara, Carli, Jaxen, Jaxon, Harper, Jordyn and Journey.

He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents James and Effie Patton, formerly of Kingfisher, and maternal grandparents Homer and Bertha Shirley, formerly of Takho, Texas.
