Pearl Lucille Gross Kale, 58, went to meet her Lord and Savior Monday March 8, 2021, at her home in Dover at 10:45 p.m.

Funeral services were Saturday, March 13, at Dover Elementary School officiated by Phillip Wilson. Burial followed at Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home, Hennessey.

Pearl was born in Clovis, N.M., on Sept. 15, 1962.

She was a wonderful mother to Blake and Tyrel Victor and a bonus mom to Kelsey Nelson.

She married Timothy Kale on July 17, 1999.

Pearl graduated high school in Floyd, N.M. in 1980 and continued her education and received her bachelor’s degree in 2001 and her master’s degree in business administration in 2007.

She held a position with Diagnostic Labs of Oklahoma until 2013.

Pearl was always involved in volunteering.

She was a member of Jaycees and served as state chaplain where she was known as “Perky Preacher Pearl.”

She served locally on the Dover Board of Education, the Oak Grove Cemetery Board and as a poll worker for Kingfisher County Election Board.

She was a member of Dover Christian Church.

Pearl is survived by her husband Tim Kale of the home; one son, Blake Victor and wife Lisa; one daughter, Kelsey Nelson and husband Keith; her mother, Sarah Gross; six grandchildren, Emri and Acen Victor, Keith Jr., Riley, Karter and Rynli Nelson; two sisters, Peggy Nichols and husband Danny and Melony Holland; bonus sisters, Beth, Stevi, Paige, Kimberly; bonus dad, Steve; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend Janie Haymaker.

Pearl has joined in Heaven her son, William Tyrel Victor; her father, Jack Gross; brother “WJ” Gross and mother-in-law Janis Baustert.
