Sharon Burch

Stillwater resident Sharon Susan (Grellner) Burch, 63, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, at her home.

Following her wishes, no memorial service is planned at this time. Cremation is being handled by Strode Funeral Home and Cremation.

Sharon was born Sept. 16, 1962, in Okarche to Louis Grellner and Alice Grellner.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida International in Miami, Fla., and spent many years working in the Outreach Program at Oklahoma State University.

Sharon was a lifelong devout Catholic.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, John Burch of the home; three children, Morgan Burch of Arkansas, William Burch of Stillwater and Kelly Sperry and husband Ted of Jenks; five sisters, one brother and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
