Shelley Dawn Privott, 49, of Kingfisher, passed away Thursday Jan. 14, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Kingfisher.

Shelley was born March 27, 1971, to Olin and Linda Privott.

Public Schools where she played saxophone in the high school band and was co-drum major her senior year.

She was a member of the First Christian Church of Kingfisher where she played hand bells and sang in the choir.

Later in life, she transferred to the First United Methodist Church of Kingfisher.

Shelley worked many places over the years, including Dennis’ Pharmacy, Heritage Pharmacy, Bank of Oklahoma, and telephone support for many companies.

She lived in Oklahoma City and Enid and then moved back to Kingfisher in 2010.

She enjoyed crocheting, going to her niece’s softball games, playing with anyone’s children and dogs, and posting on Facebook.

Surviving are her mother Linda Boydstun, sister Shanna Wilcox, brotherin-law Jeff Wilcox, nephew Jeremy Wilcox, niece Olivia Wilcox, nephew Justus Boydstun and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her father, Olin Privott, and her grandparents.

Graveside services are 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at Kingfisher Cemetery with Rev. Jennifer Long officiating. Services are under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.

Memorial donations can be made to either First United Methodist Church of Kingfisher, First Christian Church of Kingfisher or Meals on Wheels.
