Eight levels of control to create a social state.

Not exactly sure where the heading came from. Many attribute it to the now deceased Saul Alinsky, writer of the Rules For Radicals book. Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have had it pinned to them over the past few years. Rightfully so, in our opinion.

Obama did his best to “fundamentally change” America over his eight-year tenure. Gotta hand it to him, he told us that was exactly his aim from day one of his administration.

We know that Clinton met Alinsky before he died in 1972, and she went so far to write a thesis on his radical steps for “community organizing.”

Prior to being a senator and president, Obama’s only apparent job was as a “community organizer” in Chicago. Both Clinton and Obama are big fans of Radical Saul.

Our perception of the Eight Levels is that it’s a very streamlined version of the Communist Manifesto.

And it’s our opinion that there’s not much difference between socialism and communism…both forms of government seem to eventually lead to dictatorships.

Purists will argue the differences, but in practical application, history shows us they morph into absolute power and control in the hands of a few, and eventually only one.

Here’s one example: The National Socialist Workers party of Hitler’s Germany. Hitler rose to power by preaching class warfare and calling for nationalization of education, energy, health care, transportation and other major industries. He also called for strict gun control.

He got it all. Then, once in power he eliminated opposition within his own party, banned opposition political parties across the nation and became a dictator.

Oh, silly me! That can never happen here. America is different. Think again.

However it came about, who among us doesn’t understand that all eight rules are currently very much in play on a national level?

Any fool can destroy. It’s much more difficult to build and sustain.

The plan goes like this: work like the devil to make things miserable and unworkable. With the help of the national press, constantly blame the opposition for everything. And when it all comes crashing down, say “I told you so,” and rebuild from the rubble as a socialist/ communist state.

The eight levels up for control are:

1. Healthcare - Control healthcare and you control the people.

2. Poverty - Increase the poverty level as high as possible. Poor people are easy to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3. Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4. Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5. Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (food, housing and income).

6. Education – Take control of what people read and listen to - take control of what children learn in schools.

7. Religion – Remove the belief in God from the government and schools.

8. Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (tax) the wealth with the support of the poor.

Sounds pretty familiar to the policies of the far-left folks who have hijacked the Democratic party.

If you are a student of history, which many American public schools now seem to be disinterested in teaching, it also sounds like these eight steps are simplifying Vladimir Lenin’s (remember the old communist Soviet Union) original scheme for world conquest by communism.

Josef Stalin, Lenin’s successor, and orchestrator of the wholesale death of tens of millions of his own people, described his Russian communist converts as “useful idiots.”

Remember Mao Zedong and his 30-year murderous rampage in China?

Both those guys sold a load of horse manure to the general populace of their countries, promised the utopian society, gained power through the old “ends justifies the means” philosophy, and ruled with complete self-interest. The main goal: Stay in power at all costs.

But never mind. Here in America, today’s socialist converts tell us the American version will be different.

We have kinder, more gentle people lined up to be in charge. Just look at old Bernie Sanders. Isn’t he a sweet and lovable guy?

What did Albert Einstein tell us was the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

It seems so simple to us, and yet here we are.

Once again, those of us who know our history will understand that this nation has never been more polarized than during the years leading up to our civil war. This is our reality. It’s a sobering thought.

If this wonderful “re-do” goes as planned, it will be “off to the re-education camps”…or worse…for those 50-something percent of us in America who believe that our Constitution still firmly is the law of the land.

Another sobering thought: How many grand plans and designs involving humans over our recorded history have gone off the rails and ended in monumental train wrecks?

Another law of human nature and physics: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
