The American left, including the Biden team, apparently sees California as the ideal government for all of America.

That’s ironic considering residents are fleeing California in droves for places like Texas due to California’s punishing taxes and ludicrous regulations imposed on the citizenry by a disconnected one-party organization in Sacramento – far from most Californians.

People in California don’t need a mind of their own; they only have to obey the regulations an “all-knowing” government demands of them. (Reminiscent of the shutdown of the U.S. over the coronavirus plague.)

While California’s sheeplike citizens dutifully relinquish control of their lives to special interest groups, lobbyists and labor unions, their governor, Gavin Newsom who supposedly is a handsome movie star-type guy (greasy hair notwithstanding), and other elites blithely ignore the masking and distancing orders enforced on others.

While dutiful, taxpaying citizens carefully separate their trash in order to “save the planet,” the government ignores the trash, needles and poop left on the streets (according to voluminous news reports) by large numbers of homeless denizens who can’t afford a house.

Can’t We Just all Get Along?

Despite the rioting going on in large cities, American citizens mostly seem to be able to get along with each other.

When people are dealing one on one, they seem to find ways to find solutions without fighting.

It’s when bystanders get involved(In this case think big media and corporate social media giants) that antagonism builds.

Most people living in the U.S. today are here because their forebears sought a place where they could work, think and worship as they pleased.

These are the things that made America great – and unique – in the world.

People could keep the rewards of their labor in the United States – after taxes, of course.

For almost two centuries, the United States federal government abided by the ground rules set down in the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

During the 20th Century politicians began experimenting with social programs that attempted to replace the family with government.

It was popular with those seeking to avoid responsibility.

The programs have grown and much of American policy today would be unrecognizable to earlier rock-ribbed, self-sufficient citizens.

We have always been a nation of immigrants.

Those who came here melded together and developed a sense of patriotism.

In the past, immigrants followed federal laws that required them to study and learn about their new homeland.

No doubt, a few slipped in and they mostly, like the legal immigrants, became responsible citizens.

The thousands of central Americans storming the nation’s southern border now are attempting to bypass the requirements for good citizenship.

Undoubtedly some of them would become responsible citizens.

But in their midst are representatives of unfriendly nations who are using the confusion to sneak in and do serious damage – terrorists.

Also drug dealers and sex traffickers are using the human flood to sneak in their illegal wares.

Preventing such trash is why we have immigration laws.

Why a president would try to undermine established immigration law has only one explanation. It is to bring in a flood of foreigners who can be manipulated by the government to vote the way the leftist elite want, providing permanent control.

It is ironic that the left wants the newcomers to vote in a system almost exactly like that they are fleeing.

It’s just one irony of the new American administration.

Is Biden Being Shortsighted

Does it seem short-sighted on the part of President Joe Biden to rush into undoing all the actions of former President Trump before assessing their value?

The mess at the Mexico border, which Biden now owns, is one indication that undoing the Trump measures which had calmed the situation, was a major mistake.

While Biden may try his usual fallback excuse, “Trump did it,” even his dearest supporters know that isn’t the case.

Actually, Biden could have counted Trump as his “best friend” by leaving many of the successful Trump policies in place and claiming the results.

Biden has sort of done that with the Covid vaccination rates which continue to soar.

It was helped by Trump’s full charge into helping companies create the “experimental” shots we were informed by Biden and associates would take “years” to develop.

Of course, Biden and friends claim international diplomacy has hit rock bottom because of Trump’s outlandish actions – like demanding that Chinese-American trade pacts be fair to Americans and that European partners chip in their share of mutual defense program funds.

Meanwhile Joe has reinstated the Obama-Biden Iranian nuclear deal, undoing the sanctions the Trump Administration had imposed on the Middle East troublemaker.

The leftist elite still cannot stand the Trump success in growing the soft American economy he inherited from Obama-Biden into a growth economy that helped virtually every segment of the American population through a combination of reduced taxes on working people and killing needless regulations.

Who could have guessed that America could become energy independent in just four short years during the Trump presidency.

Biden can and assuredly will claim credit for the economic bump that arrives with the end of the pandemic and government-imposed shutdown. Joe, who isn’t averse to letting a whopper slip out, probably will call that the “Biden Recovery.”

Meanwhile, due to the stagflation that assuredly will arrive as a result of low interest rates and the ease of buying on credit, many people will begin buying things they can’t afford, leading inevitably to the bust that will follow when reasonable economic measures return.

There is little doubt that Biden is delusional.

He could have seemed almost sensible if he had just let well enough alone and let the Trump reforms work.

About the only justification for keeping Biden in as president, is the all-out assault on American values when Vice President Kamala Harris, a radical lefty replaces him. Probably very soon.
