We get letters, which we always appreciate but don’t always respond to as quickly as we should.

Duane Ring, formerly of Kingfisher but now of the Tulsa area, sends a note along with his subscription renewal, commenting he enjoys getting the Times and Free Press and reads it all, especially the editorial page.

Duane and wife, Willa, and family were residents of Kingfisher for several years, were active members of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and took part in many worthwhile projects here. They are missed.

Marie Love of Tecumseh, another letter writer, graciously writes that she appreciates the editorial page, calling it “absolutely the best. Thanks for hanging in there.”

Former Kingfisher County Sheriff Danny Graham was a recent Kingfisher visitor. While here, he took his daughter, Angie Graham Matthews to lunch at a local restaurant.

Reggie Hill of Okarche dropped by the newspaper recently to renew his subscription, commenting he likes the newspaper and hopes it never changes.

Delbert Jindra of Cashion helped us open the front door, which was stuck, recently when he visited The Times and Free Press office. After opening the door for us he left a check for three subscription renewals. We had a common experience to discuss — cataract surgery, on both eyes. We had similar results — we can see better far off but our close vision is worse.

Left Becomes More Brazen as Biden Picks Cabinet

Although the Electoral College has yet to meet to declare the president for the coming four years, Democrat Joe Biden who was declared the winner by the Mainstream Media on election night, is announcing prospective cabinet members on an almost daily basis.

It is no surprise that they fit the left-wing mode of the previous Obama-Biden administration.

Most are so far-left that they won’t pass the smell test of the U.S. Senate, even that of socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders.

Such lefties as former CIA Director John Brennan is becoming more vocal.

Brennan — a true America Last character — got in the news recently when he lambasted the assassination of Iran’s top nuclear scientist, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh. “Highly reckless,” Brennan called the shooting on Twitter.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) called Brennan’s message “bizarre” and wondered why he so often sided with Iranian zealots.

Brennan shot back that Cruz was “simple-minded” and “unworthy” to represent the people of Texas, to which Cruz responded:

It’s bizarre to see a former head of the CIA consistently side with Iranian zealots who chant “Death to America.’

Does Joe Biden agree?

The Obama-Biden approach — pallets of cash for Iranian dictators — is very likely the type of foreign policy America will follow if the obviously corrupt presidential election is not overturned on appeal as it properly should be.

If allowed to stand, the 2020 election may well be the last chance for a free America.

There has been no indication that America or Israel had any part in the Iranian’s death but left-wing tweeters quickly jumped to that delusion.

Unrest is tremendous in Iran as people there are stuck in a tyrannical regime run by religious zealots. Many sources believe Iranians themselves killed the nuclear bomb guru.

If Biden takes office, this list may include some of the policies to expect:

• Wide open borders welcoming illegal aliens, who will qualify immediately for welfare benefits and voting rights.

• Selling out to China. (Joe and son Hunter are already on the payroll, Hunter’s forgotten laptop shows).

• Free college for those who expect their state-god to provide it for them. Responsible Americans who save and prepare for their needs will pay as usual.

• Free health care for the same individuals listed above, if it’s available. (Note: The reason people living in countries with “free” health care come to America for treatment is because they can’t get it in their home countries,)

• Court packing sand ending Electoral College.

• Thought police. Those caught saying anything not sanctioned by the state can expect severe consequences, especially if the left can take over the Senate and write an excess of legislation on the issue. (The left is in the majority only in the House.)

On the bright side, two years of Biden or whoever as president will surely flip the House to Red (if elections are still allowed) and return the nation to sensibility.

Another bright side situation is that the nation’s people at this point remains conservative. The flipping of 14 former Democratic House seats illustrates that.

It is time for all patriotic Americans to stand strong for a stable, secure free nation with more uniting us than divides us.

We also need to pray for our leaders, whoever they may be, but rememberthe fight has just begun.
