Election scam and Trump team’s response

The leftist bigwigs in the Democrat party advised their stand-in candidate Joe Biden not to concede the presidential race to President Donald Trump on election day.

Why? They assured him that help would arrive in ensuing days with mail-in ballots from left-wing cities and

There were hints the election might not be decided for weeks.

The mail-in vote scam apparently worked better than the left expected — Biden appeared to have enough votes on election night for the major media to proclaim him winner, although even with the voting machines President Trump received far more votes than they expected.

Trump’s legal team said “Just a minute” and began filing court challenges in states where some of the more egregious suspected vote theft had occurred.

Speaking to reporters from the Republican National Committee in Washington, D.C., last week, Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani presented evidence he says suggests a pattern of planned voter fraud that was perpetrated in multiple states.

The broadcast was aired by Newsmax (not the big media that shepherded Biden’s campaign, suppressing viable damaging information that popped up on son Hunter Biden’s laptop).

Giuliani said:

“As we started investigating, both our investigations and the very brave and patriotic American citizens that have come forward — extraordinary number of people, extraordinary number of witnesses — and what emerged very quickly is it’s not a singular voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states. Almost exactly the same pattern, which to any experienced investigator, prosecutor would suggest there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these acts of voter fraud specifically focused on big cities, and big cities, as you can imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats and particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption. The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library,” Giuliani said, flanked by Attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis. “The only surprise I would have found in this is if Philadelphia hadn’t cheated in this election because for the last 60 years they’ve cheated in just about every single election. You could say the same thing about Detroit. Each one of these cities is controlled by Democrats, which means they can get away with anything they want to do. ...

“They were good. I don’t know that they were that good because they made significant mistakes, like all crooks do, and we caught them,” he continued.

Giuliani cited testimony from witnesses to bolster his case, rip the media for falsely reporting there is “no evidence” of fraud and argue proper oversight was not executed while mail-in ballots were counted.

“Do you know how many affidavits we have in the Michigan case? Two hundred and twenty affidavits,” he said. “What they swear to is that at 4:30 in the morning, a truck pulled up to the Detroit center where they were counting ballots. The people thought it was food so they all ran to the truck. It wasn’t food, it was thousands and thousands of ballots, and the ballots were in garbage cans, they were in paper bags, they were in cardboard boxes and they were taken into the center. They were put on a number of tables. At that time, they thought all of the Republican inspectors had left, all but two had.”

“Here’s what they jointly swear to: that every ballot that they could see, everything that they could hear, these were ballots for Biden. When they saw aballot, these were ballots only for Biden, nothing down ticket,” Giuliani continued. “Many of them were triple counted.”

“Why would you not allow inspections of those ballots? Because you knew you were going to use those ballots to catch Biden up,” Giuliani said, adding that the recount in Georgia will be worthless due to a lack of signature matching. (E. Note: Georgia’s state recount has been completed with a result of a slight gain for Trump but not enough to overturn the presumed Biden win there.)

Meanwhile Sidney Powell, former federal prosecutor who quit in disgust because she was sickened by the corruption she saw there and wrote a book about her experience, “Licensed to Lie,” said on the Greg Kelly Show on Newsmax:

“Dominion (Ed. note: a voting machine manufacturer) has a long history of rigging elections. That’s what it was created to do to begin with.”

Powell told abouther whistleblower, a former high-ranking Venezuelan military officer who worked with Hugo Chavez when developers in Venezuela first created the software. The whistleblower has signed an affidavit stating that the whole purpose behind the software’s creation was to rig elections.

The software worked as promised, according to Powell.

“It was created ... so Hugo Chavez would never lose another election, and he did not after that software was created. He won every single election.”

Once the software proved its use, says Powell, Venezuela exported it.

“They exported it to Argentina and other countries in South America, and then they brought it here.

While the state contests are ongoing, it appears that the decision may wind up in the Supreme Court, which now is composed of a 5-4

Hearing an appeal requires the vote of four members of the court.

While most of the cases the Supreme Court hears are appeals from lower courts, the court is authorized to have original jurisdiction in certain cases and the presidential election protest may be one of them.
