I was raised a Republican; we voted for Republicans.

That’s not really the thing to do. We should vote for the person best qualified for the position.

And, yes, I’m sure I didn’t vote for Governor Nigh.

Be that as it was. George Nigh was a true Oklahoman.

And he was for Oklahoma and what was best for Oklahoma.

RIP Governor Nigh; you made Oklahoma a better place.
