Improper lane changing.

I’m talking about the intersection of U.S. 81 highway and Starlite Drive. I don’t know how many times, I’ve made the left turn, and somebody, behind me turned into the right hand lane. Its my understanding, that you make the turn, turning into the left lane, then signal for a lane change.

So, I’m trying to do a proper and legal lane change. Immediately after the light changes, I turn into the left lane, then after a short way, I signal for a lane change. I’ve had the vehicle behind me turn into the right lane, and attempt to pass me on the right side.

While I’m doing a proper lane change, they’re mashing on the gas, I have my signal light on, they get their panties all tangled up.

My point is are they actually making an illegal turn? I know the police can’tbe everywhere, but maybe they could watch this, when they’re in the area. Sometime, its going to cause an accident.
