Heartbreaking news

By

I was very upset after reading the police report of the four dogs that were found on East Robberts Avenue.

Two were already dead, one barely alive and the chained dog had to be put to “sleep.”

I can’t imagine the long suffering they went through in freezing, snowy weather without a warm shelter, food or water.

Why did it take so long for someone to notice this?

I, along with my husband, lived in Kingfisher for 30 years and we loved it.

We know the town is full of good, caring people, so this awful situation shouldn’t have happened.

I can’t write what I think needs to be done to people who mistreat animals and, yes, human babies.

Last, but not least, I’m wondering what the animal shelter looks like. Animals need to have a good home for awhile.

Hope some caring people check this out.

I have a very good Kingfisher friend who makes sure the Kingfisher homeless cats have food everyday. She is very special.
