The nation’s left-wing media is determined to continue its campaign that they were right and the citizens were wrong on President Donald Trump.

First, they said he couldn’t be elected and then after American voters put him into office, they said he wasn’t fit to serve.

Then they tried a hoax campaign that he had colluded with Russians to defeat their darling, Hillary Clinton. Their made-upallegqtions fell through due to a two-year investigation by a Washington insider, Robert Mueller, who was honest enough to say that he could find no wrongdoing.

After that they fabricated a crazy tale accusing the president of “abuse of power” and “obstructing Congress.” He sought information as to why Joe Biden’s son was being paid $50,000 a month by a Ukrainian gas company. Determining if American taxpayer money was going to a corrupt operation seems a perfectly logical reason to resume an investigation that was stopped cold by former V-P Joe Biden with the threat of stopping aid to Ukraine if the government investigation was not halted immediately. Now that no one other than fellow leftists believes that Trump committed a wrongful act, they are pushing propaganda that polls show that a majority of American citizens support impeaching the president.

Have you been polled on that question? We haven’t.

Could it be that these polls – if they are even being conducted at all – are directed to swamp critters who are already fully involved in the hoax.

The newest gimmick by the talking TV heads is to compare the Trump impeachment fiasco to that of Bill Clinton, commenting that Clinton apologized (after the blue dress was found and tested) while President Trump has not.

We can think of a reason for that: Clinton was guilty although his co-conspirator (Hillary) called it a “right-wing conspiracy” while President Trump has done nothing wrong.

He’s done nothing wrong if you’re a normal American, that is.

Leftists are plenty ticked off because he has been doing what he said he would do as a candidate despite constant undercutting by the Washington Swamp denizens.

Let us count some of the ways:

He’s building the wall, appointing constitutional judges, combating the Red Chinese on their immoral and illegal trade practices and presiding over a booming economy that he engineered.

No wonder the left has turned to impeachment as a last resort to prevent their drive to turn the United States into a socialist backwater.

Or as Trump’s community organizer-nation divider predecessor put it, “basically transform” America.

Normal Americans realized how that was working and turned the rascals out in 2016.

The left has been attempting a coup (overturning the last election) from the day President Trump was elected. And they’ve gone crazy in the process.

Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a real mental condition not to mention stupid as evidenced by the ridiculous ways they’ve gone about trying to convince the public they’re right and everybody else is wrong.

The leftist elite simply can’t understand why normal people won’t accept their word and just step aside and let them run everything.

The charge, “obstruction of Congress,” is a crime no one has ever heard of.

The presidency is one of three co-equal branches of government. The president doesn’t have to do what the lefties in the House tell him to do.

Speaking of the Clinton affair brings to mind that Wikipedia references to the number of times Bill Clinton flew on Jeffrey Epstein’s “Lolita Express” have been deleted, as Red State reported last July 9.

Columnist John McNabb writing for the Free Press Foundation commented after watching a replay of the Nixon impeachment on the CNN airport monopoly while waiting on a flight.

He said:

“CNN wouldn’t dare replay the story of Bill Clinton’s impeachment, his abuse of power, his abuse of women, his lying under oath to the American people with his famous televised lie “I didn’t have sexual relations with that woman” and his disbarment from the practice of law. It appears that President Clinton’s abuse of women now includes under-age girls. The ‘Lolita Express’’ chronicles are about as ugly as ugly can get.”

He added:

“Coincidentally the primary witness and sponsor of the “Lolita Express” Jeffrey Epstein is dead. Murder or suicide? No video, no tell. The same Jeffrey Epstein who once called Bill Clinton one of his best friends.”

The left’s destruction of the Democratic Party would almost be funny if it weren’t so sad to think of the patriots who led the party in the past.

One of those we recall most favorably, the late Democrat Representative and Senator Henry M. “Scoop” Jackson, once commented about how Congress worked:

“Our differences end at the water’s edge.”

That is no longer the case, obviously.

Unintended Consequences

The result of the three-year campaign to discredit President Trump has been the loss of confidence in the Democrat-controlled House and the media as a whole, deservedly so.

How strange to think the Democrats think a no-crime impeachment will stand up to scrutiny from Americans today.
