While antifa and BLM have had the United States government and history in their sights while looting and rioting in recent weeks, damage has often befallen big cities and minorities.

Note: Black Lives Matter, a reasonable organization has been subsumed by the left.

Big city administrations, typically Democratic, have been following the anti-America roadmap laid out by the Marxist leaders and the cities have had major facilities and attractions destroyed by the rioters.

You might have thought that Black Lives Matter activists would be more considerate of people of color and their businesses but you would be wrong. Those have been some of the worst affected.

Even worse, older black people have been damaged by the rioting.

A good question might be: Why do the rioters pick on older citizens?

A reasonable answer might be that they are weaker and less capable of defending themselves.

Another question might be, “Why are these trouble makers working to destroy America’s past?”

Answer: That is always a goal of any group seeking regime change. The uprising has never been about making America better, only more like Neuva Venezuela.

Claiming racism is rampant in the U.S. is a tactic to fool the under-educated and vulnerable.

There have been numerous hoaxes perpetrated on the public, using the power of a complicit and unethical national media, to supplement the propaganda taught by leftist so-called “educators” in colleges and universities.

Another valid question is this: “Why, if the U.S. is so racist, do so many nonwhite immigrants come here?”

The reasonable answer is that they can find more opportunity and create better lives here. And that’s for the better class of immigrant who isn’t seeking to latch on to the nation’s lush welfare system.

The Left’s Reliance on Lies

Columnist Dennis Prager asks a good question: “Why the left’s reliance on lies?”

He comments:

‘“The 1619 Project,’ which will now be taught in thousands of American schools, is based on lies. All Americans who care about America and-or truth should inquire if their children’s school will teach this and, if so, place their child in a school that does not.

“Two of the biggest lies are that preserving slavery was the real cause of the American Revolution and that slavery is what made America rich. Even the charge of endemic racist police brutality is a lie.

There are undoubtedly racist police, but racism does not characterize police interactions with blacks.”

Prager also points to the large African immigration to the United States, commenting:

Nearly 2 million black Africans and more than 1 million blacks from the Caribbean have emigrated to the United States in just the last 20 years. Why would so many blacks voluntarily move to a country that is ‘systemically racist,’ a country, according to the promoters of the ‘America is racist’ libel, in which every single white is a racist? Are all these blacks dumb? Are they ignorant? And what about the millions more who would move here if they were allowed to? How does one explain the fact that Nigerians, for example, are among the most successful immigrant communities?”

It is sad to think of all the jobs that have been lost due to the destruction of professional sports by rioters.

Prager, who is Jewish, also observed:

As I wrote in a column three years ago: “The Jews survived the Blood Libel. But America may not survive the American Libel. While the first Libel led to the death of many Jews, the present Libel may lead to the death of a civilization. Indeed, the least oppressive ever created.”

Inmates Running Asylum?

It seems our nation is being operated by too many of the least capable.

Among them is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, rising star Democratic representative from New York, who is determined to wreck the economy through the “Green New Deal,” a plan which essentially would end the use of all fossil fuels.

Presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden has announced from his basement that A-O-C will be his energy advisor if elected.

Biden and A-O-C have both announced opposition to fracking oil sands like that which has brought new economic activity to Kingfisher County and many other oil producing regions of the nation.

So much for America’s new-found energy self-sufficiency, making us less vulnerable to the volatile Middle East.

Liberal economist Noah Smith estimated that the cost of the Green New Deal without all the promises listed in the FAQ would be $6.6 trillion annually. That is three times as much as the federal government collects in tax revenue and about 34% of U.S. GDP.

It is obviously a plan for economic suicide.

A-O-C probably is sincere in her belief that it is a plan to save the world.

That is another reason why it – and she – are scary.
