Obama’s ‘one’ corruption case: eight years

It appears that the Obama administration was not free of any corruption, as President Obama claimed, but was one of continuous corruption.

Sadly, Obama’s efforts to “basically transform America” continue after he is out of office.

Deep State appointees of Obama continue efforts to hamstring efforts by President Trump to undo the damage created by the Obama crew.

One such instance is carried in a Free Press Foundation report which states:

“An FBI agent who was ‘primarily responsible for some of the most significant errors and omissions’ during the bureau’s obtaining FISA warrant to wiretap Trump campaign adviser Carter Page has been referred for disciplinary review, a report said.

“Sources told The New York Times that Stephen Somma, a counterintelligence investigator in the FBI’s New York field office, is the agent.

“Somma was identified only as ‘Case Agent 1’ in Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on the FBI’s FISA abuses.

“In his December report, Horowitz noted that Somma had excluded significant information that had been provided by confidential informant Stefan Halper, specifically from an October 2016 meeting during which Halper recorded Page. The meeting occurred before the FBI filed its first FISA application to spy on Page.

“Horowitz concluded that Somma failed to include key ‘exculpatory information’ from that meeting, including Page denying meeting with Russians mentioned in Christopher Steele’s dossier, denying knowledge of the WikiLeaks dissemination of the DNC emails hacked by the Russians, and denying any role in the Republican Party’s platform related to Russia.”

Meanwhile President Trump continues to go about the business of keeping America safe while cleaning up the mess that was left behind.

Washington Establishment Appears Fearful

It appears that the Washington establishment becomes increasingly fearful as President Trump weeds the bureaucracy of the remnants of the Obama mob embedded in the corrupt Washington Deep State.

One action last week of particular note came when President Trump appointed Richard Grenell as acting director of National Intelligence.

Columnist Kurt Richter, a former Army officer, praises the Grenell appointment this way:

“None of our media idiot savants – a term which is only half-accurate – thought to ponder the question of exactly how Ric’s appointment could possibly make the (public perception of the) Intelligence Community worse. Its legacy of ashes is a national embarrassment. But then, the purpose of the currently-constituted intelligence community, the foreign policy community, and every wing of our incompetent, inept, and corrupt establishment is not to serve the people of the United States. Its purpose is to serve the personal interests of the currently-constituted intelligence community, the foreign policy community, and every wing of our incompetent, inept, and corrupt establishment. Its denizens fear that this fearless patriot is going to burn down their whole shoddy edifice, and we can only hope they’re right.

“Flick that Bic, Ric.”

“Let’s examine just the last week of the establishment’s towering achievements in the foreign policy realm. Afghanistan is still a bleeding wound a mere 18.5 years after it started. And the New York Times decided to give a wanted Taliban terrorist access to its opinion page to share enemy propaganda. That’s no surprise. America’s establishment never seems to take America’s side. It’s all about the foreigners’ feelz. One beef (by the deep state) about Ambassador to Germany Ric Grenell (he’ll stay on in that critical job while acting DNI) is that he gives the euroweenies the sadz by telling them things they don’t want to hear, like ‘Pay your share of NATO, deadbeats,’ and ‘Stop sucking up to the mullahs, jerks.’ Okay, I added the ‘deadbeats’ and ‘jerks’ parts. And it is indicative of our failed establishment’s mindset that the alleged pros are more concerned with pleasing foreigners than protecting American interests.

“Oh, also in the last week or so, Ric personally got Kosovo and Serbia back together after 20 years. Not the establishment – Ric.”

Bernie’s Waltz Symptomatic

Bernie’s waltz through the Democratic primaries may be more telling than the party bigwigs want to admit.

Bernie, a self-identified socialist, appears to represent the core of the party’s base.

The leaders appear almost as afraid of the Bern as they are of President Trump, realizing that despite their best efforts there remains a solid majority of patriots in the nation who are unwilling to turn the government over to a committed socialist, although this one adds a hyphen and Democrat to the designation.

Maybe this is just what the country needs – a showdown between an outright socialist and a president who is attempting to follow the path of the nation’s founders.

If Sanders should be elected, he might not be worse than any of the other candidates in the running for the Democratic nomination – just more honest.

The result of a previous administration demonstrates what we could expect from a Sanders administration – the continued rise of China, Iran, Iraq and obeisance to communist “achievements” as related by Bernie in interviews, such as Fidel Castro’s raising the literacy level in Cuba.

If it actually happened it was probably an indoctrination effort.

Whistleblower’s Death Arkancide?

The report last week that an Obama Homeland Security whistle blower had died of a “self-inflicted” bullet wound to the “chest” raised more questions than were answered by the investigating agency.

The reported “suicide” raised cries of “Arkancide.”

People planning to take their own lives don’t normally shoot themselves in the chest.

Philip Haney, the former DHS official, had testified before a Senate judiciary committee that DHS ordered him to delete hundreds of files of people with ties to Islamist terrorist groups, arguing terrorist attacks against people in the United States could have been prevented if certain files had not been scrubbed, according to a Washington Examiner report.

In a 2016 article in The Hill, Haney claimed President Barack Obama had thrown the U.S. intelligence community “under the bus” for failing to “connect the dots” after a Nigerian Muslim terror suspect was linked to a failed terror plot on Christmas Day in 2009.

“Most Americans were unaware of the enormous damage to morale at the Department of Homeland Security, where I worked, his condemnation caused,” Haney wrote, referring to Obama. “His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material — the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.”

Haney also called out the Obama administration for prioritizing “political correctness” over safety.

Planned Another Book

Haney reported also that he had an archive of information in preparation for writing a sequel to his first book, “See Something, Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad.”

Haney had announced intentions to have the sequel ready to publish by early-to-mid Spring 2020 (just before the political soundwave hits).

Free Pressers wrote:

Friends of Haney refuse to accept the suicide.determination:

“Speaking anonymously for fear of retribution, a friend who’s known Haney for 40 years told CNN. com: ‘Knowing his strong Christian faith, his dogged pursuit of truth and his love for America, and his upcoming marriage, it seems highly unlikely that he committed suicide. He was on a mission to wake up America, and I strongly doubt he took his own life.’”
