The Second Session of the 58th Legislature started Monday with the governor’s fourth State of the State address in which he outlined several legislative priorities.The governor’s priorities include many that are shared by House leadership. These include protecting Oklahomans’ individual liberties, growing our state’s economy and stopping illegal marijuana trafficking.
