Does it seem to anyone else that the problems plaguing America today started with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s alarming reports regarding the COVID 19 outbreak?

While the nation is doing much better now — the nation’s inflation rate dropping well below what the opponents of President Trump’s policies predicted – the controls initially placed on people, i.e. wearing masks everywhere you went, closing schools and businesses, requiring shots if you stayed in the army, blah-blah, blahblah, blah-blah.

Yes, I got the shot and went to a hospital to have my blood cleansed, or something.

Many school kids of that time got behind when schools closed and the effects are still with us. Business problems connected with that time continue to hold back commerce, especially for small businesses.

I still occasionally see someone walking or riding a bicycle wearing a mask and can’t help wondering who they’re protecting there in the outdoors.

Avoiding crowds is changing now. Gathering up in “protest” mobs seems to be the new social outlet for some, primarily in large cities where they appear together flashing professionally-made signs opposing the “Orange Man,” then quitting promptly together, like it’s the end of a day job or something. Just sayin’.

Then there’s the thing about Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell who’s come out fighting over Trump’s obvious plans to replace him because of his high inflation policies.

Fox News reporter Amanda Maciasa said tensions between President Donald Trump and Powell have largely deteriorated over the central bank’s interest rate decisions and broader monetary policies. Trump has instructed the Fed to cut rates, which he says could save the nation “hundreds of billions of dollars.”

Some of us figured Covid was released in the first place to allow government to place stricter controls on everyday citizens.

The Left’s plans for a take-over of the federal government were falling through the cracks, so something had to be done.

Trump had controlled the U.S. border after the Biden administration opened the gates.

Border control was the success story of 2025 stated an editorial in The Washington Examiner.

Former Congressman Dr. Ron Paul had thoughts about the Covid outbreak In an open letter, he wrote: “As I warned when the whole corona crisis panic began back in 2020, the schemes of the authoritarians, Big Government statists, and global elites would take our country over a cliff.

“All so they could seize more control over you and me and have an excuse for the stock market roller coaster and funneling massive amounts of OUR wealth to their politically well-connected cronies.

“The public face of it all was, of course — Dr. Anthony Fauci.

“Fauci and his cabal of authoritarian bureaucrats were very wrong about Covid all along!

“It’s painfully obvious they blew things way out of proportion, but the Washington, D.C. “Swamp” and the media elite continue to blindly accept Dr. Fauci and his ilk’s fraudulent activities to this very day.

Fauci’s fraudulent claims and predictions were the excuse government goons used to seize total control over the people.

“Now, there is new evidence Fauci lied under oath to Congress.

“Just last week, my son, Senator Rand Paul, wrote to the retired former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases after evidence revealed Fauci ordered the destruction of government documents by NIH employees.

“These documents suggest your direct involvement in efforts to conceal information related to the Committee’s investigation and appear to contradict your previous testimony before Congress,” Rand said in the letter.

“At issue is that in June 2024, in testimony before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, Fauci denied ever deleting official work records or communications relating to “to the Wuhan lab or the origins” of the COVID-19 virus.

“Fauci lied and people died!” Then he added: “During the height of Covid, I urged the president to fire Fauci.

“Now I’m calling on Congress to get to the bottom of this and determine if Fauci broke other laws, including allowing gain of function research, destruction of government records, and lying to Congress under oath.

“Some say Fauci is out of government now and there are more important issues our country faces.

“But how many times do we have to let government officials off the hook for their misdeeds? Why does former CIA Director James Clapper get away with lying to Congress about the government spying on innocent Ameri- cans? Why does former FBI Director James Comey get away with leaking information to the press for political reasons?

“Yes, they are a part of the Swamp and a part of the problem.

“And they must be held accountable!”
