Ancient Chinese Curse: “May you live in interesting times.”

I’ve heard that phrase off and on for most of my life. Seems it came from a speech made by British statesman Austen Chamberlain back in March of 1936. The curse has never been successfully tracked down the line to ancient China, but it makes sense to me. COVID-19 has certainly been a curse upon our world, and with certainty it came from China.

If we were to believe the mainstream national media “news presenters” that bombard us relentlessly from the east and west coasts of this nation, we would be led to believe that it’s a given that the Democratic party will sweep the U.S. House, Senate and Presidency this coming November. After all, President Trump and the Republican Senate are the reasons we’re in this recession, and the reason this COVID-19 mess is upon us. They caused it all.

Led by haters of all things “Traditional America” we are being told by those in charge of the national Democratic party to get ready for the “Fundamental Changes” that will completely transform America into what they demand we become.

Not Buying It

I am of the opinion that the radicals that control the Democratic party are terrified of what November has in store for them.

There are well over 20 seats in our House of Representatives (one right here in Oklahoma) currently being held by Democrats that are vulnerable, as they are in solid conservative districts.

From what I read, 17 seats need to be flipped this November in order for us not to have to watch Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff on permanent promenade on our television screens every evening.

I also don’t believe it because I am firmly convinced that those news presenters mentioned above are given scripts by their far-left directed bosses, and told to “make it so”. Only my opinion.

Is there a true doubt that the national electronic media has proven to be the propaganda arm of the far-left movement attempting to cause such disruption in our nation? Others may disagree. Not me.

Doesn’t matter if it’s true. Doesn’t matter if the research has been done. Just repeat the message enough times - hammer it home - and soon “the masses” will believe it to be the truth.

That’s all they have. Creating cultural warfare and race division is it.

Many of us who reside in the midwest, southwest and southeast...and I believe also many who reside in the northeast and on the west coast are not buying it.

We have friends and family in the northeast and on the west coast who are just as traditional in terms of faith, family and free enterprise as we are.

And we firmly believe that a sizable percent of Democrats coast to coast don’t follow the party line of the far-left folks who have managed to hijack their party.

I’m not a huge Trump fan. Hard to watch and listen to at times. But he’s certainly my choice for president over the other one that’s being presented to us.

And President Trump is obviously making those embedded within our “deep state” very uncomfortable, or they would not be frothing at the mouth and in such a frenzy to see him vacate the White House.

And here’s the thing about President Trump: he’s the first Republican in my lifetime who hasn’t been too “above it all” to get down and dirty in the trenches to battle it out blow for blow with the prominent radicals of the far left in this nation.

Living in the eye of the hurricane has been “business as usual” with him for years. Gotta be proud of him for that. He girds his loins for battle with relish every day.

The Tail Wagging The Dog

The Chinese have a word for the very small percent of our young U.S. adults who our national media tells us are in such revolt and causing such a clamor for change.

That word is Baizuo (pronounced “bye-tswaw). It’s a Chinese epithet meaning: naive western educated person who advocates for peace and equality only to satisfy their own feeling of moral superiority. A baizuo only cares about topics such as immigration, minorities, LGBT and the environment; while being obsessed with political correctness to the extend that they import backwards Islamic values for the sake of multiculturalism.

The Chinese see the baizuo as ignorant and arrogant westerners who pity the rest of the world and think they are saviors.

Guess what? No matter what our national media tells us, this spoiled rotten handful of maladjusted young adults throwing such tantrums that come to us across our television screens daily make up only a tiny percent of our voting population.

Never Let Any Crisis Go To Waste

The above quote is attributed To Rahm Emanuel, pal of Barack Obama and the former Mayor of Chicago, (perhaps America’s most consistently corrupt big city), within one of America’s most corrupt counties, (King County of Illinois). Both Rahm and Barack learned their political tricks of their “Rules For Radicals” trade there.

If you’re going to destroy the most successful and free nation in the history of this earth, you must first destroy our Constitution, by creating such chaos and destruction that our nation implodes upon itself, and then their great Socialist State will arise from the ashes.

The new recipe for this is to vilify our founding fathers, and then marshal the minions to tear down and deface their statues and memory, because after all, they were slave-holders, so that “dated document” they created must be vilified as well. Tear up that useless piece of paper that gives us the unprecedented freedoms we have enjoyed for these past 244 years. After all, “Superstar of the Democratic Party” Rahm and his buddies tell us in so many words that it’s getting in the way of true progress.

We The People

Black, white, brown, red or yellow...I don’t know a single person in America who is a slave, or ever owned a slave.

Did your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, or even great-great-grandparents own a slave, or were they slaves? It’s been against the law across the nation for well over 150 years.

Absolutely, black lives matter. We’re all in this together. But the far left of this nation is using this as a weapon of race division. Again, I’m not buying it. Most of us of all races prefer to get along and find common ground.

Our founding fathers lived in their time, and we live in ours. We will peacefully go to the polls to defend our rights. And if others in this nation try to take our rights away through violence or theft, we will defend ourselves, just as other American patriots did in their times.

In my opinion, our Constitution is sacred. Slaveowners and non-slave owners drew it up, defended it, and many American patriots over the years... black, white, brown, red and yellow have fought and died for it.

It has kept our liberties and rights safe for almost 250 years. We shall see if we can keep it that way.

We do indeed live in interesting times.
