Football teams scrimmaging Thursday, Friday

Football season is just over a week away for some of the state’s teams and this week will be the first and only scrimmage action those teams will see.

All four local football schools are scheduled to have their first scrimmages of 2020 this week.

Kingfisher will head west Friday to take on Elk City at 6:30 p.m. Friday.

Cashion is also on the road Friday as it travels to Stroud along with Pawnee.

That scrimmage is set to being at 6:30 p.m.

Crescent is at home Friday when it hosts Mooreland at 6:30 p.m.

Hennessey is the only local school scrimmaging Thursday.

It’s set to host Crossings Christian School at 6 p.m.
