Friesen discusses pool improvements at Lions

Brandon Friesen, left, director of parks and recreation for the City of Kingfisher, was the guest speaker of the Kingfisher Lions Club last Thursday. Friesen, a Kingfisher High School alumnus, concentrated his talk on the extensive upgrades and remodeling projects done at the Vernie Snow Aquatic Center, and said the entire indoor swim complex is now up and running with full services offered.
