KHS seniors are Rotary Club guests
Seven Kingfisher High School seniors were guests recently at a meeting of the Kingfisher Rotary Club.
Joining the local civic group were Emma McLean, Ethan McLean, Brandon Gutierrez, Logan Taylor, Josh Finley, Xavier Davis and Eric Joseph (E.J.) Gorman, Jr.
Emma McLean is the daughter of Ron and Amber McLean.
She’s active in wrestling and is a member of the Nazarene Church.
McLean plans to attend WyoTech and major in the automotive program.
Ethan McLean is the son of Ron and Amber McLean.
He’s active in choir and has earned multiple superior ratings in solo and ensemble.
McLean is also a twotime Western Oklahoma Choral Directors Association (WOCDA) all-state choir member and threetime regional choir member.
He plans to attend the University of Central Oklahoma and major in audio production with a minor in piano.
Gutierrez is the son of Maria Gutierrez.
He’s active in soccer, on the academic team and attends Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Gutierrez plans to enter the workforce as a drone operator and is considering enlisting in the United States Air Force Academy.
Taylor is the son of Kristen Throughman and Rock Taylor.
He enjoys drawing and spending time with friends and family.
Taylor plans to continue his education at Chisholm Trail Technology Center in the Information Technology field.
Finley is the son of Kurt and Morgan Finley.

He’s active in FFA in which he serves as treasurer and is on the meat judging team and animal science quiz bowl team.
Finley served as a Oklahoma Boys State delegate, was selected as a Junior Lion and is vice president of the Technology Student Association (TSA) at CTTC.
He’s also a member of the National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society and Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church.
Finley plans to attend Oklahoma State University and major in mechanical engineering.
Davis is the son of Jeremy Davis and Cindy Davis.
He’s active in football, is a member of the 1,000-pound club in powerlifting, earned a superior rating in marching competition and attends Frontline Ministries.
Davis plans to continue expanding his vehicle detailing business and earn certificates in information technology.
Gorman is the son of Crystal Romero and Eric Gorman, Sr.
He’s active in football, soccer and attends Frontline Ministries.
Gorman plans to attend UCO and major in forensic science or enlist in the United States Air Force.
