KHS Tennis Doubles Teams are State-Bound

Caden Kitchens and Will Shaver (left photo) repeated as state qualifi ers in Class 4A tennis. The duo took fourth place in No. 1 doubles Monday in their Class 4A regional held at the Earlywine Tennis Center. They’ll play in this Friday and Saturday’s state tournament at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center. They’ll be joined at state by Kingfisher’s No. 2 doubles team of Drake Friesen and Xavier Ridenour (right photo). Friesen and Ridenour were runners-up in their regional bracket. [Photos provided]
