Raegan Snider is officially a four-time state qualifier. The KHS senior shot a 77 on Wednesday in a Class 4A girls regional at Kingfisher Golf Course. That placed her fourth individually and automatically qualified her for next week’s state tournament in Shawnee.

As a team, Kingfisher shot 376 to place sixth. Only the top four teams advance to state.

However, not only was Snider’s round her best of the season, but freshmen Ryan Scammahorn and Addison Johnson both shot 95s, which is a career best for each of them. They tied for 19th individually.

Layla Kroener shot a 109 for the Lady Jackets.

Sulphur was the regional champ with a 351.

Joining the Lady Bulldogs in advancing to state were Perkins-Tryon with a 355, Holland Hall with a 361 and Heritage Hall with a 364.

Cascia Hall was fifth with its 366.

Individually, Holland Hall’s Megan Kalapura was the regional champ with her 3-under-par 69.

Gabriella Gross of Heritage Hall and Lorelai Efaw of Cascia Hall both shot 76.

Gross won second place with a birdie on their second playoff hole.

State will be Monday and Tuesday at Shawnee Golf & Country Club.
