Snodgrass, Evans earn XC Senior All-Star status

Kingfisher High School seniors Scout Snodgrass (left) and Harper Evans (right) earned Senior All-Star status from the Oklahoma Cross Country & Track Coaches Association. Both picked up their honors for their performances at the Class 4A state cross country meet last month. Snodgrass placed 20th overall and Evans was 43rd. Runners who finish in the top 10 in each class earn All-State status. Those who pl ace 11th-15th pick up All-Star status and then the top 10 seniors not among the top 15 are Senior All-Stars. Two Hennessey runners - Emma Copeland and Jocelyn Matousek - also garnered the honor in Class 2A. Copeland was 30th overall and Matousek placed 45th in their race. [KT&FP Staff Photos]
