ADVENT AUCTION: Federated Church in Kingfisher is hosting its annual advent auction. It is 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at the church, 400 W. KAT FUNDRAISER: Kingfisher Action Team plans a fundraiser for the Zingg family this weekend. It will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, at Kingfisher High School and will include a meal, an auction and a raffle to benefit medical expenses for Emily Zingg, who is facing an extremely high-risk pregnancy. ART ON DISPLAY: Kathryn Merrill Western Art will be open to the public on two different dates this month in lieu of its annual open house. The dates are Dec. 6 and Dec. 20 and it will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be cider, cookies and company as Merrill will be working on her latest piece as you shop.
