The descendants of George and Rose Endres gathered Aug. 5-6 at the Kingfisher County Exhibit Building for a reunion. George and Rose had nine children. At the reunion, there were 42 first cousins (pictured left) who gathered. All told, the reunion featured more than 200 family members (top photo). There was a luncheon and auction held on Saturday followed by “a lot of visiting and photos.” Sunday featured a breakfast before the respective groups made their way home. This year’s event was hosted by Tommy Endres and the family plans to make it a regular event. “It was a wonderful event and I’m thankful to Tommy and his siblings who made it happen,” said Janet Dalrymple, one of the cousins attending from Wichita, Kan.
