Fire Calls

Dec. 23 – Caller reported fire on East 670 Road at 7:44 a.m. Brush pumper dispatched, canceled, fire out.

Dec. 23 – Caller reported grass fire at Mustang Gas on State Highway 51 at 9:37 a.m. Brush pumper dispatched. Left scene at 10:03 a.m.

Dec. 24 – 2:47 p.m. Fire alarm and sprinkle going off at nursing home. Two engine trucks and one brush pumper dispatched.

Dec. 27 – 3:34 p.m. Grass fire reported at D&K Recycling. One tanker and one brush pumper dispatched. Call completed 4:61 p.m.

Jan. 1 – Caller reported fire on East 660 Road at 1:44 p.m. One engine, a tanker and a brush pumper dispatched. Loyal Fire also responded.

Jan. 6 – 1:08 p.m. Automated message vehicle crashed north of county line on State Highway 132. One engine dispatched. Run completed 1:56 p.m.

Jan. 12 – 12:50 a.m., Mendoza Trailer Park, Caller said building previously had caught fire, is on fire again. One engine, one tanker and two brush pumper trucks sent; fire out at 1:42 a.m.; trucks returned to station at 2:24 a.m.

Jan. 17 – 4:07 p.m. Caller said fire behind Royal Signs on U.S. Highway 81 south of town. Two brush pumper trucks dispatched.

Medical Emergencies

Jan. 8 – 4:20 p.m. EMS requested first responders on South Mitchell Road. Responders Levi Copeland, Kyle Keeton.

Jan. 8 – 5:27 p.m. EMS requested first responders on East 610 Road. Responders Levi Copeland, Kyle Keeton.

Dec. 26 – 6:03 p.m. E. 5th St. Responders: Levi Copeland, Kyle Keeton, Brandon Scott, Dustin Munroe. Life EMS.

Dec. 24 – 5:10 p.m. Turkey Creek Drive. Responders Logan Macy, James Matouse, Dustin Munroe, Life EMS.

Dec. 22 – 11:34 a.m. South Cheyenne. Responders Brandon Scott, Randy Bohnstedt, Kaleb Hladik.

Dec. 19 – 12:12 p.m.

Love’s, customer with chest pains. Responder: Brandon Scott. Life EMS patient transported to Enid hospital.

Jan. 16 – Caller reported trouble breathing at 9 p.m. Life EMS dispatched to North 2869 Road. First Responders HFD Capt. Brandon Scott and Levi Copeland responded.

Jan. 16 – Life EMS called at 9:03 p.m. and asked for first responders. CPR in progress.

Jan. 12 – 911 called HPD at 6:05 p.m. and said they had dispatched Life EMS to a South Walnut residence on a fall call, patient non-responsive, but breathing. First Responder Firefighters Levi Copeland and Kyle Keeton responded to the emergency. At 6:18 p.m. Keeton radioed for a page to have the helicopter landing zone set up in the back of the fire station. Firefighters completed the call at 7:09 p.m.

Dec. 28 – 9:27 a.m. Ike’s Acres. Firefighter responders: Tyson Copeland, Logan Macy and Chris Pribil.

Dec. 26 – 4:52 p.m. East Oklahoma Avenue. Responder: Levi Copeland.

Jan. 9 – 12:46 p.m, Ricky Road. Command responded.
