The following traffic accidents are being investigated by the Kingfisher Police Department:

December 28, 6:45 a.m. - At U.S. 81 and Mitchell Drive.

Frankie Anderson, 74, Hennessey, driving a 2019 Mack semi-truck, was northbound in the inside lane of U.S. 81 near Mitchell Drive.

Johnny Scott, 65, Yukon, driving a 1997 Toyota Tacoma, was northbound in the outside lane of U.S. 81.

According to the report, the Anderson vehicle attempted to merge into the outside lane and struck the Scott vehicle.

Functional damage was reported to the Scott vehicle and no damage to the Anderson vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

Captain Travis Gray investigated the accident.

December 29, 9:38 a.m. - At Sheridan Avenue and U.S. 81.

Austin Gruber, 27, Kingfi sher, driving a 2007 Chevrolet van towing a trailer, was northbound in the outside lane of U.S. 81, near Sheridan Avenue.

Janice Russell, 65, Kingfi sher, driving a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado, was eastbound on West Sheridan Avenue.

According to the report, the Russell vehicle attempted to turn left onto northbound U.S. 81 and struck the trailer attached to the Gruber vehicle.

Disabling damage was reported to the Russell vehicle and minor damage to the Gruber vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

January 3, 1:40 p.m. - At U.S. 81 and Locust Avenue.

Hailey Duffy, 25, Kingfi sher, driving a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, was northbound in the outside lane of U.S. 81 near Locust Avenue.

Barry Reid, 63, Kingfisher, driving a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, was also northbound in the outside lane of U.S. 81.

According to the report, the Duffy vehicle was stopped behind an Amazon delivery truck and the Reid vehicle struck the Duffy vehicle in the rear.

Disabling damage was reported to the Reid vehicle and minor damage to the Duffy vehicle.

No injuries were reported.

January 4, 11:23 a.m. At 1112 S. 12th St.

Jose Rivera, 46, Kingfi sher, driving a 2012 Jeep, was parked along the curb on South 12th Street.

A 17-year-old male, Kingfisher, driving a 2018 Dodge 3500, was backing out of a driveway on South 12th Street and struck the Rivera vehicle in the back passenger door.

Functional damage was reported to the Rivera vehicle and no damage to the Dodge.

No injuries were reported.
